Wombats Hold Serve But Tomahawks Loom

South Glens Falls - The Tomahawks have turned a mediocre 8-8 record on May 29th into 18-10 presently. That 10-2 run has propelled them into a tie for second place in the Forever Young league after Thursday's Week 7 action at Kingpin's Alley.

The Over The Hill Gang sit tied with the Toms, three points in arrears. John Urban registered 203-530 in their 2-2 draw with The Singers.

Ray Davignon had the day's honor score with 630 on games of 200, 200 and 230 as Leftover pummeled Twisted Sisters 4-0. Rod LaChapelle put 224 in the center of his 590 effort. Chuck Winney filled in for the ailing Dick Kenneally and had 198-185-532 in Kay + Dick's sweep of the Yanks.

The session average was 161. Williams is atop the average leaderboard at 209, with Kenneally at 202 and Floyd 201. Brady remains fourth with 196.
