Two Teams Perfect After First Week; One Nearly Perfect
LaChapelle, Kenneally, Williams Log 600s


South Glens Falls - Leftover and 10 produced four-point sweeps while Twisted Sisters won 3½ Thursday as the sixth season of the Forever Young league got underway at Kingpin's Alley. Leftover's leadoff man Rod LaChapelle paced the circuit's scoring with 649 on games of 232, 224 and 193. Dick Kenneally of Kay + Dick put 256 at the end of his 645 triple to give his team a 3-1 victory. Don Williams began with 238 and simmered down to finish with 616 as the perennially-contending Tomahawks took a 3-1 win over the missing defending champion Boston Strong Balls.

The league average was 167.
